Did you guys know that? That is insane! Really, thats like 2 meals for some of us. And who on earth wants to wait 6 hours to eat again after 1 muffin to balance things out.

Even worse...

That is true. But at least when I am done, it feels like I actually had a meal. A muffin is supposed to be a snack that tides you over. Who knew it has as much calories as a pound and a half of steak? Oh yeah, plus those pesky carbos.

CC, that is funny! You eat a muffin to get you going and perhaps give you a 'lil energy. Then run the 'mill for half an hour just to work off SOME of that muffin.

Houston, we have a problem!

Did you guys read about a minor league Ball park selling the Luther Burger as a promotion?

The "Luther Burger," a bacon cheeseburger served on a Krispy Kreme doughnut bun, is a real food named after R&B singer Luther Vandross.

I won't eat beef, or Doughnuts so it's nothing I would even attempt to eat but it has 1,000 calories and 45 grams of fat. The park was looking to sell 100-200 of them a night, I can gaurantee you they had some repeat customers.
